Welcome to the SyncPostly help center. Start here when you need to connect channels, plan a publishing cadence, troubleshoot delivery failures, or wire up automation.
If you are new to the product, read Getting Started first. If you are already publishing, jump to the platform-specific guides or the API reference.
What you will find here
- Start here explains workspace setup, first connections, and how to get your first scheduled post out safely.
- Social media covers account linking rules, platform-specific publishing limits, and scheduling caveats for each network.
- Account & billing covers plan changes, billing access, and what happens when payment state changes.
- Troubleshooting gives the fastest checks for login issues, token expiry, and platform-side publish failures.
- API & integrations documents API keys, endpoints, payload shapes, and how to connect SyncPostly to the rest of your stack.
Recommended path for a new workspace
- Connect at least one account in Settings → Accounts.
- Create a draft in Compose and review platform-specific copy.
- Open Calendar to confirm time zone and scheduling windows.
- Publish one low-risk post first, then move to recurring or queue-based scheduling.
- Add API keys or webhooks only after the core workflow is stable.
