Webhooks, support workflows, and partner-facing integrations

Automation hooks

  • Use the API and webhook events to sync publish status into CRMs, internal dashboards, or client-facing reporting.
  • Keep support and alerting systems subscribed to publish failures, account errors, and retry events so ops teams do not learn about issues too late.
  • For internal tooling, prefer server-to-server integrations instead of browser polling.

CRM or support integrations

  • For now, connect via webhooks or Zapier-style middleware using the API events outlined in the API guide.
  • Support inbox integrations (e.g., Slack) can consume the same webhooks for publish failures and account errors.

Partner and referral requests

  • If you need an affiliate or partner setup, contact support@syncpostly.com from the workspace owner email.
  • Include the expected traffic source, payout destination, and who on your team will manage attribution disputes.
